If spilled material cannot be used according to label instructions, it most likely is classified as a hazardous waste. As such, all of the contaminated materials, including absorbent, clothes, soil, wood, etc. must be removed and packaged for hazardous waste disposal, which requires properly regulated (EPA & Department of Transportation) packaging, transportation and acceptance at a hazardous waste disposal facility.
